Job Title: Community Health Leader
We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Phoenix Medical Supplies. As a Community Health Leader, you will play a key role in providing healthcare services to the community.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a prison setting and possess excellent communication skills. A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum is on offer for this challenging yet rewarding position.
About the Role:
- Provide pharmaceutical care to patients within the prison environment.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve healthcare outcomes within the community.
Requirements:
- Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Proven experience working in a prison pharmacy setting.
