Community Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Community Mental Health Specialist to join our Adult Services Mental Health Team in Lancashire. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of adults with mental health difficulties.
As a Community Mental Health Specialist, you will be responsible for undertaking and reviewing assessments of need, risk, and capacity. You will also source and commission care, undertake duty tasks, and support discharge planning while working as part of the wider multi-disciplinary team.
About the Role- The ideal candidate will have a blend of supportive and innovative thinking, coming up with fresh ideas to achieve the best outcomes for individuals.
- You will need compassion and empathy to support people, listening to what they need, while ensuring they feel valued and respected.
