Community Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our client's team in North Lancashire. As a Community Mental Health Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering essential NHS community mental health services.
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health status
- Administering medications and monitoring their effects on patients
- Providing therapeutic interventions such as counseling and behavioral therapies
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Offering emotional support and education to patients and their families, promoting mental wellness and recovery
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Current and valid registration with the NMC
- Proven experience within a community recovery role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
