About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Nurse to join our Primary Care team at HMP Lancaster Farms, a category C Prison located in Lancaster. This is an exciting opportunity to work with patients who have complex mental health needs and make a real difference in their lives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and treating patients, developing care plans, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
