Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Vendor Operations Supervisor to join our team at Barclays Bank. As a key member of our Barclays Execution Services division, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee operations and ensure adherence to procedures, risk management strategies, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage priorities across multiple projects and campaigns, and develop new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote alignment with business objectives and SLAs.
- Manage operational professionals and provide guidance, coaching, and support to improve delivery quality.
- Develop and manage KPIs to measure operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Proven experience in procurement and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage priorities and develop new processes and procedures.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of change principles and ability to influence and present at senior management level.
