Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Vendor Operations Supervisor to join our team at Barclays Bank. As a key member of our Barclays Execution Services division, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee operations, uphold procedures, and implement risk management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage priorities across multiple projects and campaigns, leveraging procurement and stakeholder management expertise.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote efficient processes, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
  • Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage operational professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to enhance delivery quality.
  • Develop and manage KPIs to measure operational effectiveness, utilizing data and technology to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to customer experience.
  • Foster a safe and inclusive work environment, actively encouraging and soliciting feedback to drive the people agenda.
  • Work closely with HR to implement retention initiatives and manage attrition.

  • Provide expert advice on complex issues, supporting People Leaders in resolving escalated matters.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, developing new policies and procedures to strengthen controls and governance.
  • Take ownership of managing risk and strengthening controls, performing work closely related to other areas.
  • Collaborate with other areas to stay aligned with business activity and strategy.
  • Engage in complex analysis of data to solve problems creatively and effectively.
  • Communicate complex information, influencing stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
