Sales Territory Manager job available with Integra Outsourcing, a sales recruitment consultancy specialising in the field sales sector. We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team and take on the challenge of selling our client's range of residential hot tubs and saunas into specialist retailers, showrooms, and garden centres across the Midlands and Southern region.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to build something from scratch and make the role their own. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts and identifying new business opportunities. Our client is a long-established and leading European manufacturer of bathroom and showering products, and we are looking for someone to take their hot tubs and saunas to market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase market share in the specified region.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the wellness or leisure industry.
  • A deep understanding of the hot tub and sauna market, including product knowledge and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Estimated Salary: £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
