**The Role of the Territory Manager**:
- Selling pressure area care solutions (Turning Systems, Mattresses, Pressure Redistribution Pads).
- Selling to Tissue Viability Nurses, Podiatrists, Theatres, Third Party Providers, Loan store managers, Specialist Nurses, Community and Ward Nurses, Occupational Health, Nursing, Home Nurses, Procurement, Clinical Commissioning Groups, and formulary contacts.
- 60% into the community & 40% in hospitals.
- Actively seek and develop business opportunities to drive growth across the portfolio within Acute and Community care settings.
- Formulate and implement territory business plan.
- Manage relationships with Loan Stores and deliver on business wins across the territory.
- Create, maintain, and develop customer relationships with opinion leaders and other key customers.
- Covering Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Birmingham, Coventry & Stafford
**Benefits of the Territory Manager**:
- £32k-£36k basic
- £10k OTE (Uncapped)
- £Very generous car allowance
- £5 per day lunch allowance

**The Ideal Person for the Territory Manager**:
- Ideally experience in selling pressure area care.
- Will also consider beds, hoists, mattresses & other mobility products.
- A proven track record within sales, preferably within the pressure area care / medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of the procurement process in the NHS both in the acute and community sectors.
- A high level of energy and urgency to deliver sales results.
- Use of business tools for data analysis and CRM/sales reports
- Proven ability to manage and maximise potential commercial relationships.
- Excellent organisation and negotiation skills.
