Data Engineering Leadership
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineering Lead to lead our Data team in Manchester Digital.
- Design and develop scalable data pipelines using Snowflake and DBT.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills.
- Implement best practices for data modelling, storage and retrieval to ensure efficient data infrastructure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and promote data-driven decision-making.

About the Opportunity:
- The ideal candidate will design, develop and deploy robust data pipelines using Snowflake and DBT.

- They will implement best practices for data modelling, storage and retrieval to ensure reliable and high-performing data infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer leveraging tools like Snowflake and DBT.
- Experience working with massive data sets within a commercial industry.
- A curious mindset and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
Remuneration:
£75,000 per year + Attractive benefits package.
