Job Description: As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Storage, retrieval, and archiving of case notes to support outpatient episodes.
  • Customer service, patient registration, and data input.
  • Maintain knowledge of filing systems and ability to file casenotes in the correct location.
  • Understand the importance of accurate and timely filing.
  • Locate and request missing casenotes using tracking system if necessary.
  • Update LE2.2 tracking system to show location and current status of casenotes.
  • Filing confidential information away into the casenotes.
  • Retrieving casenotes for consultants, secretaries, or nurses.
  • Transcription of clinical letters.
