Job Description: As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Storage, retrieval, and archiving of case notes to support outpatient episodes.
- Customer service, patient registration, and data input.
- Maintain knowledge of filing systems and ability to file casenotes in the correct location.
- Understand the importance of accurate and timely filing.
- Locate and request missing casenotes using tracking system if necessary.
- Update LE2.2 tracking system to show location and current status of casenotes.
- Filing confidential information away into the casenotes.
- Retrieving casenotes for consultants, secretaries, or nurses.
- Transcription of clinical letters.
