Financial Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of Administrations, Liquidations and Voluntary Arrangements from inception through to closure.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with Directors both pre and post appointment
  • Coordinating with Solicitors to obtain legal advice on issues incorporating wrongful trading and other antecedent transactions
  • Responding promptly to formal communications
  • Attending meetings with creditors and shareholders
  • Preparing the statement of affairs and estimated outcome statements
  • Monitoring job WIP and costs to budget
  • Allocating costs where appropriate
  • Identifying risks and bringing them to the attention of management

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in corporate insolvency, preferably with the CPI qualification. You will also be encouraged to take an active role in networking the firm's services.

Salary: £24,500 - £29,000 + benefits + future study support
