Job Title: Financial Support Coordinator

About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Support Coordinator. The successful candidate will provide financial and administrative support to the Chief Operations and Finance Officer, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Academy Trust.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial procedures including processing orders, paying invoices, and preparing budgets.
  • Handle data for analysis, produce financial reports, and perform administrative tasks.
  • Provide clerical/administrative support and assist in maximizing school income.
  • Maintain manual/computer records, liaise with stakeholders, and contribute to school promotion.
  • Respond to inquiries, undertake reception duties, and support general admin tasks.

Requirements:
  • Numeracy/literacy skills, including Maths and English at GCSE 4/C or above or a relevant Degree.
  • Onsite parking available.
  • Term-time work schedule.

Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum.
