E Next Energy Limited is seeking an experienced Financial Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our residential customers who are struggling to pay and delivering our overall debt reduction. This is a great opportunity that comes with a competitive salary of £24,195 - £26,010 per annum, dependent on experience.

About the Role

  • You will hold sensitive conversations with our customers about their personal finances in a non-judgemental way, building long term trusting relationships.
  • You will deep dive into customer data to uncover hidden patterns, predict future behaviours, and optimise business strategies.
  • You will not be afraid to have difficult conversations and overcome objections that will help us achieve the right outcome.

Requirements

  • You should have previous customer service experience (we'll provide full training if you're new to energy).
  • You should have experience in debt collection.
  • You should be driven by data, using the insights to make the right decisions to better serve our customers.

  • Competitive Salary: £24,195 - £26,010 per annum, dependent on experience.
