Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Bolton. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong organizational background, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our financial advisors, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services
  • Liaise with clients, third-party providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services
  • Maintain accurate client information, files, and records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Prepare portfolio valuations, process new business applications, and facilitate fund switches as required
  • Contribute to regular meetings with the Administration Team Manager to discuss progress, share knowledge, and align goals

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administration role, preferably in the financial services sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and third-party providers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • A positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances

Salary: £28,000 per annum
