Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Bolton. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong organizational background, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our financial advisors, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services
- Liaise with clients, third-party providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services
- Maintain accurate client information, files, and records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Prepare portfolio valuations, process new business applications, and facilitate fund switches as required
- Contribute to regular meetings with the Administration Team Manager to discuss progress, share knowledge, and align goals
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administration role, preferably in the financial services sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and third-party providers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances
Salary: £28,000 per annum
