About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at St James CE High School. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day organisation and administration of internal and external examinations, ensuring compliance with JCQ regulations and exam board requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Data & Exams Manager with pupil/assessment data management within the school.
  • Providing administrative support to the school's examination process, including inputting, downloading and distributing results to pupils.
  • Maintaining manual and computerised records and producing reports as required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, attention to detail and experience of working in a fast-paced environment. A competitive salary of £21,220 - £21,897 per annum is offered, plus benefits including a paid premium to a Healthcare Cash Plan and 24/7 access to an Employee Assistance Programme.
