Program Management Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Program Management Specialist to join our team in Cheltenham. The successful candidate will have a strong background in program management and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Manage production of units from the factory to ensure timely delivery
  • Oversee financial disputes and ensure export compliance
  • Work with manufacturing, engineering, and quality to manage RMA's (zero flight hour reworks)
  • Support customer visits and assessments
  • Manage forecasting of production of units and support implementation of product re-designs
  • Lead obsolescence management on the product line

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (3-5 years)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Established project management skills

Estimated Salary: £62,400 - £84,600 per annum
