Job Description:We are looking for a skilled Child Care Specialist to join our team at Westfields Day Nursery and Pre-school. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality childcare services, ensuring the needs of each child are met, and promoting their overall development.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs, manage daily routines, and maintain strong relationships with parents.
- Develop and deliver engaging educational programs for children aged 0-5 years.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure seamless care.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
- Experience working with young children, preferably in a nursery setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
