About the Role:

As a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting the psychological health and well-being of children and families in a designated locality or team within the Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust. This involves providing highly specialist psychological consultation, assessment, and intervention services to individuals, groups, and organizations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Directly provide and coordinate highly specialist psychological consultation, assessment, and intervention services
  • Clinically supervise junior clinicians in the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT)
  • Supervise/provide substantial support to pre-qualified psychological therapies staff as required by the relevant professional lead
  • Provide placements and supervision to Doctoral Clinical Psychology trainees as needed

Salary Information: The estimated salary for this role is £53,755 - £60,504 per annum, depending on experience.
