Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assessment and implementation of evidence-based interventions for service users with common, acute mental health needs
  • Optimize service users' ability to remain in the community or be cared for in the least restrictive environment, aligning with principles of recovery and social inclusion
  • Support clinical governance initiatives at ward/hospital level, e.g., Essence of Care Clinical Audit
