About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Specialist to join our expanding team in Gloucestershire. As a Clinical Mental Health Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and developing Adult Neurodevelopmental services in Gloucestershire at this exciting time of expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer ASC assessments, including triage of referrals, for individuals referred to the Adult ASC and ADHD service within the Gloucestershire locality.
  • Provide clinical supervision to unqualified staff, undergraduates, and students.
  • Deliver clinical services within the service area covered by the community team in a wide range of settings and locations.
  • Mentor, supervise, and teach qualified and unqualified staff, including students.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have significant experience working within mental health and hold a relevant professional qualification or degree. Postgraduate qualifications, such as ADOS, and Clinical Supervision, are also desirable.

The salary for this position is approximately £38,683-£43,041 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.
