Child Development Educator

Little Apples Nursery in Cheltenham seeks an experienced and caring Nursery Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Level 3 qualification in childcare and have a proven track record of working with children aged 0-5 years.
This role requires the candidate to be organized, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Main Tasks:- Provide high-quality care to children aged 3 months to 5 years
- Efficiently manage time to complete additional responsibilities
- Maintain professional conduct, empathy, and consistency in daily interactions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Adhere to established nursery policies
- Promote best practices in childcare and strive for excellence
- Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team dynamic
- Promote cultural sensitivity and diversity
- Level 3 Childcare Qualifications

The estimated annual salary for this position is £23,114 - £29,805, dependent on experience.
