Job Description

The Customer Program Leader role at Experis is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills. As a leader in this field, you will be expected to develop and implement program strategies, manage cross-functional teams, and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute program plans to achieve business objectives and deliverables.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure program success, including orderbook management, RMA management, cash collection, and customer engagement.
  • Support the management of repairs and retrofits through the business.
  • Monitor and manage the health of products, leading relevant gate reviews and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
  • Negotiate with contracts for customer communications and contract amendments.
  • Manage financial disputes and resolve delayed payments.
  • Evaluate export compliance and process orders through GTM tools.
  • Work with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to manage RMA's.
  • Support customer visits and assessments.
  • Manage forecasting of production units.
  • Implement product re-designs and lead production readiness review activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program goals are achieved.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (3-5 years).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize information and make decisions.
  • Techincal knowledge and experience in analytics.

Estimated salary: £60,000 - £85,000 per annum. This figure is based on national averages for similar roles in Cheltenham, considering factors such as cost of living and industry standards.
