Independent Domestic and Sexual Violence Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and empathetic IDSVA to join our team at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in providing advocacy and support services to survivors of domestic and sexual violence, as well as a strong understanding of trauma-informed care and safeguarding principles.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop individualized safety plans.
- Liaise with external agencies, including police, social services, and legal professionals.
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices in advocacy and support services.
- A competitive salary in the range of £18-22 per hour (approximately £36,000-£44,800 per annum).
