About the Job: We are seeking a Domestic and Sexual Violence Support Coordinator to join our team at Supporting Futures Consulting Ltd.

The role involves working closely with victims of domestic abuse, providing a high-quality, front-line service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing effective ways of working with victims and those supporting them to increase safety and reduce harm.

About the Company: Supporting Futures Consulting acts as both an employer and an agency, dedicated to delivering exceptional services to those in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a premium service prioritized according to risk, focusing on victim/survivors aged 16+.
  • Work within a multi-agency framework to keep safety central to all services for victims of domestic abuse.
  • Run group training sessions and share specialist knowledge with acute staff across the hospital.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of domestic and sexual abuse, including its impact on victims and their children.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: £21,000 - £22,000 per annum (pro-rata)
