About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Counsellor to join our team at The Nia Project. As a Counsellor, you will provide trauma-informed counselling services to adult women who have experienced sexual violence.

You will work face-to-face, online, and via phone to deliver high-quality support services. Your experience in working with survivors of sexual violence and your commitment to feminism will be essential in providing a safe and supportive environment for our clients.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of organisational skills and self-motivation. Salary: £26,000-£29,000 per annum (pro rata). Location: This role involves travel and working across East London.
