We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Trauma Support Specialist to join our team. As a Trauma Support Specialist, you will work closely with clients to provide emotional and practical support, helping them to navigate the recovery process and rebuild their lives.
About the Role
- Provide emotional and practical support to survivors of sexual violence
- Help clients navigate the recovery process and rebuild their lives
- Work closely with clients to develop tailored plans that meet their unique needs
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic woman who has experience working with survivors of sexual violence. You will have a strong understanding of trauma-informed practice and be able to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is approximately £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including comprehensive training and development opportunities, a supportive and inclusive work environment, and access to ongoing supervision and support.
