About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Trauma Support Specialist to join our team, working alongside children and young people who have been exposed to or are at risk of exploitation or violence.

As a key member of our staff, you will provide support to young people to secure their safety and positive outcomes. Your expertise and knowledge will be invaluable in helping us create a secure space for everyone.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide robust risk and needs assessments to reflect the contexts within which harm has occurred
  • Work collaboratively with partnership agencies to reduce risk and secure services and support
  • Support young people to achieve their desired goals and outcomes
