HCT is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join its team. This is a full-time role that requires regular weekend working, with the aim of supporting 24 attractions across Hampshire and delivering county-wide outreach programmes.


The ideal candidate will be a confident verbal communicator who excels at making others feel welcome and valued.


  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Delivering exceptional customer service across various HCT venues
  • Supporting outreach programmes in Hampshire and surrounding areas
  • Fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and community groups

This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, employees can enjoy benefits such as:
