Essential Criteria:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  1. A proven track record in employer engagement or business development, preferably in the Apprenticeships or Employability sectors.
  2. The ability to overcome objections and negotiate effectively.
  3. Experience in achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
  4. Excellent communication, administrative, and organisational skills.
  5. A confident, friendly, and professional approach, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  6. A full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  7. Flexibility with travel, including occasional overnight stays.
