Resident Engagement Officer

We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Bank Activities Coordinator at a Barchester care home. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in creating a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for our residents. You'll work closely with residents and their families to develop tailored activities programmes that maximise their wellbeing, independence and social engagement.
About the Role
This is an extremely rewarding role that requires strong organisational skills, a driven mind-set and infectious enthusiasm. You'll need to be warm, empathetic and personable, with excellent communication skills and a creative approach to inspiring residents and staff to get involved in activities. Any similar experience would be ideal, but it isn't essential as we'll provide the training you need to develop your skills and progress your career with us.

The ideal candidate will have no specific qualifications required, as training will be provided. However, previous similar experience would be ideal. They should also have strong organisational skills and a driven mind-set, as well as infectious enthusiasm and a creative approach to inspiring residents and staff.
