Job Summary:
Focusing on WD, we are currently seeking a highly skilled Workday HRIS Manager to join our team. As a Workday Customer, you will be part of an 11-month fixed-term contract basis.

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Workday HRIS Manager who has previously managed individuals using Workday. Your key responsibilities will include championing the Workday system, driving efficiency and continuous improvement, configuration, support, optimisation, and enhancement.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience as a Workday HRIS Manager officially people managing individuals. Additionally, you will require Workday configuration skills across Core HCM, plus other HCM modules including Recruiting, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits. Ideally, you will have undergone some Workday fundamentals, Pro or SI Certification training.

The Ideal Candidate:
You will be joining a live Workday customer with a headcount of circa 2,500 people. As a Workday HRIS Manager, you will be responsible for people management responsibilities of 2 Analysts, inspiring the team to drive continuous improvement and support forward to help the business see the maximum return of investment & utilisation of the system capability. You will also be responsible for championing the Workday system within the business, acting as a voice of the system whilst working with a range of stakeholders. Furthermore, you will help drive forward the Workday roadmap whilst also acting as a Hands-on Configuration specialist across the modules in place – Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking & Benefits (with plans to deploy others later down the line). Finally, you will drive internal performance of the system whilst helping identify key area's of improvement.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide excellent benefits, including a comprehensive pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement.
