About the Role:
As a highly skilled Payroll Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our diverse workforce. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage payroll in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Maintain accurate employee records related to payroll, benefits, and deductions
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate processing of new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary adjustments
  • Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee inquiries related to payroll issues
  • Prepare payroll reports and assist with payroll-related audits

Requirements:
  • Ideal candidate has experience with ADP and IHCM2 software
  • Prior experience as a Payroll Coordinator or in a similar payroll management role is required
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and employment laws is essential
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are necessary to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks

About Our Offer:
We offer a competitive salary package, ranging from £25,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide a supportive work environment where your expertise will be valued.
