**Job Description:** Customer Service Liaison
We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Recruitment Fox Ltd. As a Customer Service Liaison, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the service team in their daily operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative support to the Service Manager, managing field service visit bookings and engineer calendars using bespoke software.
- Manage specific key accounts as required.
- Attend client review meetings and prepare necessary documentation.
- Liaise effectively with Project Managers, the Contracts Manager, and Subcontractors for various projects.
- Handle telephone queries from clients, recording messages and managing requests.
- Support implementation of field service management software through accurate database updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical) and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or Business Support in a customer service-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and experience with field service management systems.
- Ability to adapt to bespoke software and demonstrate accuracy in database management.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on building strong relationships.
- Familiarity with SLAs and KPIs.
- A track record in service co-ordination with a flexible work approach.
- A methodical style with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Possess tact and empathy in customer interactions.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player within a busy fire safety environment.
In return for your skills and dedication, you will receive an annual salary of £22,770, along with a comprehensive benefits package including private medical insurance, a wellness programme, and a stakeholder pension scheme.
