Revenue Growth Strategist

We are seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in Reigate, United Kingdom. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
About the Role:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
