Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Strategist to drive financial excellence and success in our Reigate, United Kingdom office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
  • Manage cash flow effectively, ensuring the company's financial stability and growth.
  • Oversight of month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, driving business decisions and growth initiatives.
  • Design and implement efficient financial systems, policies, and procedures to enhance performance and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Chief Financial Officer or similar leadership role.
  • Detailed understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting principles.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in advanced financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred qualifications include ACCA/CIMA/ACA certification and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
