About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Executive to join our team at EggChaser. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

In terms of specific responsibilities, you will be expected to:

  • Manage the EggChaser retail store under the direction of the e-commerce lead
  • Lead and assist new team members with day-to-day retail tasks
  • Assist the E-Commerce lead with order fulfillment
  • Liaise with the Events Manager, COO and E-Commerce lead on various growth areas for the brand online and in-store
  • Connect with new and existing partners to grow our family of business partners supporting various clubs, brands and events
  • Answer and reply to enquiries from telephone customers
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a passion and understanding for rugby (although not mandatory). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience working in a retail environment. A degree-level qualification in a relevant field would be advantageous.

A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, is on offer, alongside a strong KPI-related bonus. Working hours would be Monday-Friday with either a Saturday or Sunday, coming to a total of 37.5 hours a week.
