Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated individual with sales experience in a commercial environment to join our Business Development team in Reigate. As an Aviation Business Growth Specialist, your primary focus will be to secure new customers from identified market segments.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be comfortable and confident reaching out to potential customers via telephone and electronic marketing. You will work alongside Charter brokers to collectively build customer relationships, generate enquiries and close business.
You will also be responsible for maintaining customer service processes to ensure that all flights meet the client's expectation. Additionally, you will update records in Sugar by contacting companies and updating contacts and accounts in the system.
Requirements- Excellent sales and business development skills, ideally with some experience in a telesales or outbound business development environment.
- Tenacious approach to winning business and target attainment.
- Confident, professional telephone manner with a corporate approach to sales.
- Excellent IT skills with a knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and the ability to learn and develop the functionality of a new system.
- Commercial awareness.
- Able to prioritise work, while having a flexible approach within a team environment.
- Attention to detail, precise and accurate data entry and strong brand advocate.
- Ability to work in international markets with varying cultures and business practices.
