Job Title: Commercial Growth Specialist

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic professional to join our team as a Commercial Growth Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in rugby or sports industry experience, although this is not a requirement.

As a Commercial Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting business growth and expansion across multiple channels.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the EggChaser retail store under the guidance of the e-commerce lead
  2. Direct and support new team members in daily retail tasks
  3. Support the E-Commerce lead with order fulfillment
  4. Collaborate with the Events Manager, COO, and E-Commerce lead on growth opportunities
  5. Foster partnerships with new and existing businesses
  6. Address customer inquiries via telephone
  7. Participate in various event activities

This full-time role includes competitive benefits and a KPI-related bonus structure.

Working hours are Monday-Friday with either Saturday or Sunday, totaling 37.5 hours per week.

Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.

Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum
