Job Title: Mental Health Ward Manager

Job Summary:

Gilbert Meher Ltd is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of Ward Manager in our Mental Health Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital. As a Ward Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality care to adults aged 18-65.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, support, and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Collaborate with service users, their families, and other stakeholders to provide a supportive and high-quality care environment.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals and external partners to provide the best possible care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and provide leadership in a supportive care environment.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
  • Previous experience in mental health nursing is strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing healthcare teams.
  • Experience in inpatient mental health settings is desirable.
