Building Services Manager Opportunity

An exciting chance has arisen for a Building Services Manager to join a regional contractor with a strong presence in Healthcare, Education, and Local Authority sectors. This is an ideal time to join the company, given its plans for growth in the region with an already well-established team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review tender information to determine the scope and extent of remaining design work prior to the tender start-up meeting.
  • Verify that existing tender information is compliant, coordinated, and buildable prior to the tender settlement meeting.
  • Determine the strategy for completing remaining design work in conjunction with the bid team.
  • Assess and audit novated design team members, negotiating additional services as needed.
  • Prepare and issue fee enquiries for supplementary design team members.
  • Develop competitive, technically robust design and engineering solutions in conjunction with the design team.

This role requires a strong technical background and excellent project management skills to ensure quality benchmarks are maintained. If you have experience in building services management and are looking for a new challenge, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
