As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of field engineers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality building fabric maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of field engineers to ensure the delivery of building fabric maintenance services
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment
  • Validate data and information within Timetrack and Aeromark
  • Maximize production levels by controlling materials purchase and ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Assist with financial and budgetary controls to ensure business expectations are met

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a supervisory position
  • Experience of working in a building fabric role
  • City & Guilds / BTEC Qualifications would be an advantage
