Job Title: Building Fabric Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Building Fabric Team Leader to join our team in and around the Exeter area.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of building fabric maintenance professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. This role involves managing a team, providing guidance and coaching, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of building fabric maintenance professionals, providing guidance and coaching to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working order and comply with company standards.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules, ensuring that all equipment and vehicles are properly maintained.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth delivery of services, including the coordination of suppliers and the management of materials.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including the completion of risk assessments and the implementation of control measures.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including time sheets, vehicle maintenance records, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in a supervisory position, preferably in a building fabric maintenance role.
  • City & Guilds / BTEC qualifications would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight stays.
  • Valid UK driving license.
