Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Château de Mercuès. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders and serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Answer queries about the menu, including drinks, and make suggestions to enhance the guest's experience.
  • Take ownership of guests' requirements and food allergies, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Follow Health and Safety and Food Safety procedures at all times.
  • Set up the dining areas and process charges and payments accurately.
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues and managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle guest queries and complaints with a calm and mature approach.
Requirements
  • Dedicated team player with strong communication skills.
  • Natural passion and flair for the industry and food.
  • Ability to work unsupervised, using own initiative when needed.
  • Ambition to succeed at the highest levels.
  • Willingness to learn new things and develop skills.
