You will be responsible for supervising managerial and senior residential social work staff, fostering a culture of excellence in performance. Collaboration with the Head of Service is crucial in driving continuous improvements in care quality.

The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for promoting equality and achieving positive outcomes for all children and young people. A strong leadership ability, combined with expertise in ensuring residential care aligns with the home's Statement of Purpose, is essential for this role.

About the Role

This pivotal position requires not only strong leadership but also a deep understanding of the challenges associated with growth, an aging population, climate change, and inequalities in both opportunities and outcomes.

As a key member of the Care Services Management Team, you will contribute to improving our collective response to children and young people who have been exposed to domestic abuse, exploitation, substance misuse, and mental health issues.
