Nursing Home Management Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join our team, overseeing our two nursing homes in Aylesbury. As the ideal candidate, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in care management, leadership, and collaboration. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both services, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring that high standards of care are maintained. About the Nursing Homes
The facilities provide exceptional care to elderly and dementia patients, boasting a 'Good' rating from the CQC across all 5 areas. Both services operate within a small resident population, allowing for tailored care and attention. As the Registered Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of these services, working closely with the team to deliver high-quality care and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage and oversee both nursing homes, focusing on delivering high-quality care to residents
- Develop and implement care plans, working closely with healthcare professionals and families
- Conduct regular audits and reviews, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, prioritising the needs of both services
- Proven experience as a nursing home manager, with a strong background in care leadership
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge, with the ability to assess and develop care plans
- Experience working with local authorities, the CQC, and other healthcare providers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritising multiple tasks and deadlines
