Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified SEN Teacher to join our team. As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with SEMH needs. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing tailored lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of each student.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong educational background, preferably in Special Educational Needs. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. A qualification in SEN or a related field is essential.
