Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Randstad Education.

In this role, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a harmonious learning environment for children with special educational needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualized support to students with diverse needs
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress

The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong understanding of child development and learning theories
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive working environment.
