Supportive Educational Associate

The Learning Support Assistant will play a vital part in supporting children with special educational needs in a primary school setting. This is a rewarding role that requires patience, understanding, and excellent communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
As a Learning Support Assistant, your main responsibility will be to provide one-to-one support to children with special educational needs. You will work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans, which may include adapting the curriculum to meet the child's needs.
You will also be required to maintain accurate records of progress and participate in regular team meetings to discuss the children's progress and share best practice.
