Education Consultant Role
Randstad Education is seeking an experienced education consultant to join our team as a Supply Teacher in Horley, Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of students.

As an Education Consultant with Randstad Education, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students of all ages and abilities. You will work closely with other teachers and support staff to achieve educational goals, and provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve.

The estimated salary for this role is around £28,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive competitive benefits, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities, a comprehensive induction program, and support from a dedicated consultant team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality lessons to students of all ages and abilities
  • Work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff to achieve educational goals
  • Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve
  • Support students with special educational needs

Requirements:
  • Relevant teaching qualifications (e.g. QTS, PGCE)
  • Experience working in a school setting
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
