Job Title: Training Director

The NHS England mandate dictates that the Training Programme Director works closely with the Head of School to deliver a wide range of functions. The role is professionally and managerially accountable to the Head of School, focusing on improving learner supervision, assessment, and experience.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced NHS Consultant with strong leadership and communication skills, able to work effectively as a member of a multi-professional team. This specific role relates to ST6 & 7 and supports the delivery of the Level 3 curriculum.

NHS England holds a Sponsor Licence, enabling sponsorship for eligible candidates. To be eligible for sponsorship, you'll need to meet the Home Office requirements, including being paid at least £38,700 per year or the 'going rate' for your job, whichever is higher.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Improving learner supervision, assessment, and experience
  • Engaging faculty and ensuring effective educational outcomes
